This Privacy Policy explains how SIA "Flyvision", registration number 50103813591, VAT number LV50103813591, registered address Riga, Aleksandra Caka iela 70 - 43, LV-1011, Latvia ("Flyvision", "we", "us") processes personal data when you visit flyvision.aero, purchase training, exams or consultations, use academy.flyvision.lv, or communicate with us.

2. Personal data we process

We may process: name, email, phone number, country, billing address, buyer type, company name, VAT or registration number, order and payment status, purchased product, training progress, Moodle account data, exam application data, A1/A3 certificate country and number, personal identification number, date of birth, proctoring and identity verification data for remote exams, support messages and technical website data such as cookies and analytics events.

3. Purposes

We process personal data to provide training and exam services, create and manage Academy accounts, enrol students into courses, review exam eligibility, arrange remote or on-site exams, perform identity and age verification, issue invoices, provide customer support, comply with legal obligations, keep security logs, and improve our services.

4. Legal bases

Depending on the processing activity, we rely on contract performance, legal obligations, consent where required, and legitimate interests such as fraud prevention, service security and customer support.

5. Sharing data

We may share necessary data with service providers used for website hosting, Squarespace checkout, Stripe payments, Moodle Academy access, Make.com automation, invoicing systems, UASCMD exam/application processing, email delivery, analytics and remote proctoring. We share only the data needed for each purpose. We do not publicly name the proctoring provider in this policy; provider-specific information may be provided during remote exam scheduling where required.

6. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside Latvia or the European Economic Area. Where this happens, we use appropriate safeguards required by applicable data protection law.

7. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Order and invoice data is kept according to accounting requirements. Training and exam records are kept for 5 years where needed for exam administration, verification and audit purposes. Identity verification and personal identification data is kept for 5 years for exam administration and verification purposes unless a longer period is required by law or an authority.

8. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing where applicable. You may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. 9. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality, checkout, analytics and, where enabled, marketing. Cookie settings are managed through the website cookie banner or browser settings.
