About the training:
The STS theoretical course is a modern online programme designed to prepare pilots for obtaining the EASA STS theoretical certificate. Through structured learning materials, practical exercises, and clear visual illustrations, you will gain all the required knowledge for STS certification.

  • Self-paced learning: Study at your convenience and take the exam when fully prepared.

  • Eligibility: Pilots must already hold a valid EASA A1/A3 drone certificate to sit for the STS theoretical exam.

Certificate

After successfully completing the course, you will be eligible to book a remotely proctored STS theoretical examination for an additional fee.

Once you successfully pass the examination and complete all applicable STS requirements, you will receive an EASA Standard Scenarios (STS) Remote Pilot Certificate, issued by the Latvian Civil Aviation Agency (CAA).

The certificate is valid throughout the European Union and qualifies you to conduct drone operations under the EASA Standard Scenarios (STS-01 and/or STS-02), subject to the applicable operational requirements.
